Meatless Lasagna Roll-Ups
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce, divided
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, well drained, chopped
- 1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread 1 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine next 4 ingredients.
- Spread 3 Tbsp.
- artichoke mixture onto each noodle; roll up.
- Place, seam sides down, over sauce in dish.
- Top with remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella; cover.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
