Slow Cooker Chicken Sliders with Broccoli Slaw

  1. Please the chicken breasts, onion slices, balsamic vinegar and half of the bottle of bar-b-que sauce.
  2. Cook on low for one hour, shred chicken with two forks, stir and cook for another three hours.
  3. Before serving add the remainder of the bar-b-que sauce and leave in the slow cooker for 5 minutes until the rest of the sauce warms.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, mix the vinegar, sugar, oil, dry mustard in a small saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
  7. Before serving add broccoli slaw to the dressing and mix.
  8. Serve chicken and slaw on slider buns and ENJOY!
