Penny Rolls recipe from Aunt Nellie

  1. add salt, shortening and sugar to boiling water until melted.

  9. Make penny rolls by rolling a 2 tsp cut dough dipping in butter.
  10. and putting in loaf pan let rise at least 2 hours.

  13. Make penny Rolls, dip each roll in butter touching each other put in loaf pans.
  14. Bake 10 minutes @ 400F, 15 minutes for 350F
