Sam's Raspberry Bread Pudding Recipe

  1. Tear bread into chunks and divide bread into 2 parts.
  2. Place 1 part into very large baking dish (larger than 9 x 13 inch pan) and spread pie filling on top.
  3. Follow with remaining bread.
  4. In another bowl mix Large eggs, half & half, sugar and vanilla together.
  5. Pour over bread.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs, till pudding is set and browned.
