Lobster-Bacon Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 5 ounces, fluid Milk
- 3/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1- 1/2 cup Elbow Macaroni, Cooked And Drained
- 6 ounces, weight Diced Lobster Tail Or Langostino Tails, Cooked
- 3 slices Thick Cut Smoked Bacon, Cooked And Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 13 cups Panko Bread Crumbs

- In a medium size bowl, stir together the condensed soup, milk, and shredded cheddar until the soup is well blended.

- Stir in the pasta, lobster, and bacon until well dispersed.

- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter.
- 4.
- Pour pasta mixture into a 2-quart oblong baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- 5.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese mixture is bubbly and breadcrumbs toasted.
- Tip: If you live near a Trader Joes, they sell 12-ounce frozen packages of precooked langostino tails.
