Sarah's Simple Strawberry Cheese Cake

• 2 box 8 oz boxes cream cheese
• 2/3 cup chopped strawberrys
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 9 inch Gram Cracker pie crust

1. Mix all ingredients together then place in mixer or blender.
2. Blend well until there are No lumps.
3. Pour into Gram cracker pie crust.
4. Place in oven at 325F for 45 minutes remove let cool
5. Top with sliced strawberries and place in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
