Bailey's buttercream frosting
- 4 cup powdered sugar (4-5c)
- 2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 4 tbsp Bailey's (4-5tbsp)
- in large mixer bowl beat butter for several minutes until very light and fluffy
- slowly add half of powdered sugar a few spoonfuls at a time until incorporated
- slowly drizzle Irish cream and whip until combined
- add rest of powdered sugar until desired consistency achieved
- fill pastry bag and pipe onto cooled cupcakes
