Bailey's buttercream frosting

  1. in large mixer bowl beat butter for several minutes until very light and fluffy
  2. slowly add half of powdered sugar a few spoonfuls at a time until incorporated
  3. slowly drizzle Irish cream and whip until combined
  4. add rest of powdered sugar until desired consistency achieved
  5. fill pastry bag and pipe onto cooled cupcakes
