Easy BBQ Pulled Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 whole Small Onion, Minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Hot Paprika
- 2 cups Cooked And Shredded Chicken
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns, Toasted
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Then add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
- Add rest of the sauce ingredients (ketchup through paprika) and cook until sugar melts.
- Add the shredded chicken into the sauce, stir to coat it with the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot chicken mixture on buns topped with cheddar.
