Easy BBQ Pulled Chicken

  1. Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Then add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
  3. Add rest of the sauce ingredients (ketchup through paprika) and cook until sugar melts.
  4. Add the shredded chicken into the sauce, stir to coat it with the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot chicken mixture on buns topped with cheddar.
