VELVEETA Chicken and Vegetable Skillet

  1. Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
  2. or until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in water.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Add rice; cover.
  6. Cook on low heat 10 min.
  7. Add all remaining ingredients except onions; mix well.
  8. Cook 5 min.
  9. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
  10. Sprinkle with onions.
