Asian-Style Lettuce Wraps

  1. Beat sesame oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground burger; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. Add garlic and ginger; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Stir in bean sprouts and onions.
  6. Cook 1 min.
  7. or just until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Spoon ground burger mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves.
  9. Roll up each leaf tightly.
  10. Place one wrap on each serving plate.
  11. Drizzle evenly with the soy sauce mixture.
