Beef Stew for Crockpot

• 1 lb beef stew meat, in 1 inch cubes
• 8 teaspoons mccormick's beef stew seasoning (1/2 packet)
• 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, regular cut, drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can hominy, drained and rinsed
• 1 (15 ounce) can green peas, drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
• 3 cups water

1. .Place all ingredients in crockpot and simmer on low all day or for 8 hours or so.
2. If you cannot find McCormick's Beef Stew seasoning, use one of you favorite dry beef stew seasoning packets or you own favorite spices i.e.
3. salt, pepper, garlic and/or onion soup mix.
