'Tarako' Cod Roe Pasta Abroad
- 200 grams Pasta
- 3 tbsp Tarako Roe from IKEA
- 25 ml Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 75 ml Milk
- 25 grams Butter
- 1 Salt
- Use this "Creamed Smoked Roe," available at IKEA.
- Preparation: Measure out the seasonings (you can also combine them at this point.)
- Cook the pasta.
- Drain one minute earlier than the suggested cooking time.
- In a skillet (or in the pot that you cooked the pasta in), turn on the heat, and quickly mix in the ingredients.
- Add the cooked pasta.
- Once the pasta is well-coated with the sauce, it is done.
- Garnish it with nori if you'd like.
