Sarita's Ribs
- 1 baby back rib rack (cut into 4 parts)
- cumin
- cayenne pepper
- paprika
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- 12 cup kraft original barbecue sauce
- Preheat oven to 375F Season ribs with cumin, paprika, garlic salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Add a small amount of cayenne pepper (maybe two shakes to each rib) because if you add too much it will be too hot.
- Place seasoned ribs in a glass or metal oven pan.
- Bake ribs in oven (covered) for about 2 hours.
- Uncover and brush with bar-b-que sauce.
- Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes Remove from oven and enjoy.
