White Bean Turkey Chili
- 1 pkg. Butterball Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 md. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes in juice
- 2 cans (15-1/2 oz. each) Great Northern beans, drained
- 2 cans (11-1/2 oz. each) cocktail vegetable juice
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Spray large saucepan or Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add turkey, onion and green pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring to break up turkey, until turkey is no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered 15 minutes.
