Korean Beef Skewers
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g) King Sooper's 1 lb For $4.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1 tsp. sesame seed
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
- Reserve 3 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture.
- Cut steak across the grain into 20 slices, each about 1/4 inch thick.
- Add to remaining dressing mixture; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
- Thread meat onto 20 skewers; place on baking sheet.
- Broil 4 to 6 min.
- or until medium doneness.
- Meanwhile, mix chili sauce and reserved dressing mixture.
- Brush meat with chili sauce mixture; place on platter.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed and onions.
