Tu B'shvat Kill the Diet 7 Minim Cookie Bars

  1. Mix together:.
  2. 2 1/2 cups WHEAT flour.
  3. 2 cups sugar.
  4. 1 teaspoons baking soda.
  5. 1/2 teaspoons salt.
  6. 1 tablespoons vanilla sugar.
  7. 2 cups BARLEY flakes.
  8. 1 cup coconut (optional).
  9. 2 cups chocolate chips (1/2 regular and 1/2 colored or white is nice).
  10. 1 cup sliced ALMONDS.
  11. 1 cup RAISINS.
  12. Add:.
  13. 3-4 tablespoons molasses.
  14. 3/4 cup vegetable oil.
  15. 1/4 cup OLIVE oil.
  16. 3 extra large eggs.
  17. 1 Tbsp POMEGRANATE juice.
  18. 1/2 cup chopped DATES.
  19. 1/2 cup cut up FIGS.
  20. Mix well and pour into greased pan or pans.
  21. Bake at 350 degrees F. (185 degrees C.) 25-30 minutes or until done.
  22. They should be chewy, not hard.
  23. Cut in squares.
  24. Enjoy!
