Easy Pad Thai with Dried Udon Noodles

  1. Preparation: cut the garlic chives into 5 cm pieces and slice the onion finely.
  2. Make the scrambled egg.
  3. Mix the ingredients.
  4. Boil the dried udon noodles for 4 minutes.
  5. Rinse in cold water and drain .
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  7. Stir-fry the shrimp until their color changes.
  8. Then add the noodles, dried shrimp and ingredients and mix everything together.
  9. Cook for 1 minute.
  10. Add the scrambled eggs, the onion and the garlic chives and stir lightly.
  11. When the onion has cooked lightly, serve on a plate with the lemon wedges.
