Enjoy Lots of Mizuna
- 1 Mizuna greens
- 3 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 5 grams Bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp Shredded nori seaweed
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Wash mizuna greens and drain.
- Cut it into 2-3 cm pieces.
- Put mizuna greens into a bowl and add ground sesame seeds.
- Mix mizuna greens and ground sesame seeds.
- Finished when mizuna green's water has been absorbed.
- Transfer the mizuna greens from Step 3 to a plate.
- Sprinkle with bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed and swirl in olive oil and soy sauce.
- Mix well when you eat.
- Extra: Place it on hot steamed rice.
- It taste yummy like an easy fried rice.
