Enjoy Lots of Mizuna

  1. Wash mizuna greens and drain.
  2. Cut it into 2-3 cm pieces.
  3. Put mizuna greens into a bowl and add ground sesame seeds.
  4. Mix mizuna greens and ground sesame seeds.
  5. Finished when mizuna green's water has been absorbed.
  6. Transfer the mizuna greens from Step 3 to a plate.
  7. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed and swirl in olive oil and soy sauce.
  8. Mix well when you eat.
  9. Extra: Place it on hot steamed rice.
  10. It taste yummy like an easy fried rice.
