Aaron Tippin's Mexican Casserole Recipe

• 1 pkt Corn tortillas
• 2 can Mexicantype beans
• 1 pkt Shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 lb Grnd turkey or possibly lean grnd beef
• 1 pkt Taco seasonings
• 1 med Yellow onion

1. Brown meat and onion.
2. Add in taco seasoning and water.
3. Let simmer for 5 min.
4. In casserole dish, put one layer of corn tortillas, then spoon meat mix on top.
5. Spoon layer of beans and put one layer of cheese.
6. Repeat till you run out of ingredients ending with cheese.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
