Grandmas' Stuffed Peppers

  1. cook rice as directed on package.
  2. cut tops off peppers and clean out the inside.
  3. combine all ingredience except tomato sauce and peppers.
  4. scoup mixture into peppers.
  5. top off peppers with remaining mixture and place in crock pot standing up.
  6. pour tomato sauce over top of peppers.
  7. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. fill can half way up with water and pour into crock pot.
  9. set on low 6-8 hrs, high 4-6hrs.
  10. enjoy!
