Caramelised Fruit and Coconut Marshmallow Kebabs
- 1 pear, cut into wedges
- 1 orange, cut into segments
- 12 black grapes
- 1 kiwi fruit, cut into wedges
- 12 coconut marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked for 20 minutes
- Thread fruit and marshmallow pieces onto skewers.
- Combine rum and brown sugar and brush onto fruit.
- Grill or barbeque for a few minutes until warm and caramelised.
