Lemon Drop Trifles

  1. Moisten rims of 10 individual dessert glasses with lemon wedge.
  2. Place crushed candy on a small shallow plate.
  3. Holding glasses at an angle, roll rims of glasses in crushed candy.
  4. Arrange cake cubes in serving glasses.
  5. Sprinkle with desired amount of liqueur.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine cream, lemon juice and lemon curd; whisk until smooth.
  7. Drizzle cream mixture over cake.
  8. Chill up to 30 minutes.
  9. Garnish with remaining crushed candy, if desired.
