Apple snack for babies and toddlers
- 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
- 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed tangerine or orange juice
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tsp honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Either serve immediately or store in a jar in the fridge.
- If storing, leave at room temperature at least an hour before feeding it to the baby.
- This makes 100 ml of meal.
