Amazing Almond-Butter Cups

  1. For the crust: In a food processor, combine almonds, walnuts and dates.
  2. Process until nuts and dates have a dough-like texture.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom of a 12-count cupcake pan.
  4. For the filling: In a food processor, combine filling ingredients.
  5. Process until smooth.
  6. Divide filling among cupcake molds.
  7. For the topping: In a food processor, combine topping ingredients until a creamy mixture is formed.
  8. Divide topping among cupcake molds.
  9. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  10. Enjoy!
