AMIEs GELATIN with FRUIT Cocktail

  1. Combine gelatin, milk, water and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring gradually.
  3. Add lemon juice and cook until gelatin is melted well.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Stir in cream.
  7. Add fruits and pour into desired mold pan.
  8. Refrigerate to chill until firm, for 2-3 hours.
  9. Serve, share... and enjoy its deliciousness!!
