AMIEs GELATIN with FRUIT Cocktail
- 4 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- 1 can (800 grams) fruit cocktail, well drained
- Combine gelatin, milk, water and sugar in a saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring gradually.
- Add lemon juice and cook until gelatin is melted well.
- Remove from heat.
- Let it cool.
- Stir in cream.
- Add fruits and pour into desired mold pan.
- Refrigerate to chill until firm, for 2-3 hours.
- Serve, share... and enjoy its deliciousness!!
