Mango Fool

  1. WHISK together the PHILLY, sugar and lemon juice until soft peaks form.
  2. FOLD half the mango through the PHILLY mixture and layer alternately with remaining puree into 4 serving glasses or bowls.
  3. Decorate with mint and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
