Maryland Crab Imperial Recipe

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, pimento, green pepper, mustard and salt.
  2. Stir in Large eggs.
  3. Add in crab meat that has been carefully picked over.
  4. The lumps should remain lumps.
  5. Put in casserole or 8 individual baking dishes, patting lightly.
  6. Sprinkle tops lightly with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and lightly browned on top.
