Barley Mushroom Soup (Vegan) Recipe
- 1/2 c. Minced onions
- 1/2 c. Minced carrots
- 1/2 c. Thinly sliced celery
- 3 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 5 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Barley
- 4 tsp Vegtable broth pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- Put vegtables in a large soup pot with a little water and cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cover & reduce heat to low & simmer 1 hour.
