Country fried fish
- 3 piece Crocker, Whiting, Brim or favorite fish
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 or you can use HOUSE AUTRY seafood breader
- Have fish monger scale, bone, and clean fish.
- When you get home soak in cold water with 2 tbsp of salt.
- Mix dry ingredients and place fish in dry mix
- Heat oil in a deep cast iron skillet
- Fry about 3 minutes each side
whiting, flour, cornmeal, onion, seafood breader
