Country fried fish

  1. Have fish monger scale, bone, and clean fish.
  2. When you get home soak in cold water with 2 tbsp of salt.
  3. Mix dry ingredients and place fish in dry mix
  4. Heat oil in a deep cast iron skillet
  5. Fry about 3 minutes each side

whiting, flour, cornmeal, onion, seafood breader
