Sizzlin' Chipotle-Cheddar Burgers
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Blazin' Chipotle Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 Cracker Barrel Medium Light Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix meat and onions just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Brush 1/4 cup barbecue sauce evenly onto cut sides of buns.
- Grill patties 8 min.
- ; turn.
- Brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Grill 4 min.
- or until burgers are done (160 degrees F).
- Top burgers with cheese and add buns, cut sides down, to barbecue.
- Grill 1 min.
- or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
- Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and cheeseburgers.
