Microwaved Carrot and Spinach with Sesame Mayonnaise

  1. Wash the carrot and spinach and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. Place in a bowl while still hot, sprinkle with a little salt and cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Cook the vegetables using the "Root Vegetable Course" setting.
  4. (In our microwave, it took a bit more than 3 minutes.)
  5. When it's cooled down a bit drain off any excess water, add the ingredients and mix.
  6. Done.
  7. Try this in a bento.
