Santa fe chicken noodles

  1. Boil chicken, onion, basil, and salt until chicken is done.
  2. Remove chicken from water, set to side.
  3. Save broth.
  4. Add noodle to the broth, add water if needed to submerge noodles.
  5. Drain noodles, shred chicken and then add it to the noodles.
  6. Add soup, tomatoes , spices, corn and black beans.
  7. Bring to a boil then let simmer for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  8. Add cheese and let simmer for 5 more minutes.
