Super easy fried rice

  1. Cook rice in steamer then put in fridge to cool
  2. In pan on med heat, cook peas, onions and water chestnuts with a little evoo until warm.
  3. Push veggies to the side of pan, add eggs.
  4. Once eggs are scrambled mix all together.
  5. Add rice to veggie mix well.
  6. Once mixed add soy sauce.
  7. Mix until all is incorporated and warm!
  8. Add other veggies of you like.
  9. Sweet chili sauce is great with it!
