Baby Back Pork Ribs, Oven Roasted and Fall Off the Bone Tender
- 1 full rack of pork baby back ribs
- 3 tbsp Spicy Ranch dressing / Dip, recipe attached in direction step #2
- 1/2 cup My barbeque Spice Rub, recipe attached in direction step #3
- 1 recipe of my Basic Barbeque Sauce, recipe attached in direction step#6
- Remove membrane from back of ribs by grabbing an edge with a paper towel and pulling it off.
- Discard it
- Brush ribs all over with the Spicy z Ranch Dressing/ Dip attached below
- Sprinkle My Barbeque Spice Rub all over ribs, recipe for My Barbeque Spice Rub attached below
- Wrap tightly in 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Bring ribs, still covered in foil to room temperature.
- Place on foil lined baking sheet and cover them with another sheet of foil.
- Ross 3 hors.
- Remove from oven.
- Cool in foil and refrigerate in foil until Ready to serve
- To Finish and serve.
- Remove foil from ribs.
- Cut rack in half and brush with my Basic Barbeque Sauce, recipe attached belw
- Either grill over direct heat until well glazed or broil in the oven under direct heat until glazed It just takes about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with extra barbeque sauce on the side.
