OREO Raspberry & Creme Squares

  1. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray; line with plastic wrap.
  2. Spread sherbet onto bottom of pan.
  3. Freeze 30 min.
  4. Chop 12 cookies coarsely; press gently into top of dessert.
  5. Cover with ice cream.
  6. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  7. Unmold dessert onto plate; remove plastic wrap.
  8. Cut remaining cookies in half.
  9. Use to garnish dessert with the whipped topping and raspberries.
