Avacado And Prawns Recipe

  1. BOIL the prawns until done.
  2. Shell them and chill until serving time.
  3. Cut the avacados into two.
  4. Peel four avacados and cut them into cubes.
  5. Mix the avacado cubes, black olives and prawns with the vinaigrette dressing.
  6. Arrange the sliced avacados in a plate, put the seasoned avocado-olive-prawn mix over them and garnish with lime slices and parsley.
  7. Serve with fresh salad and the prepared dressing.
