Avacado And Prawns Recipe
- 12 x Avacados
- 800 gm Prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 16 x Black olives
- 2 x Limes, sliced A few sprigs parsley Vinaigrette dressing as required
- 80 ml Mayonnaise
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 4 tsp Brandy, (20 ml.)
- 2 tsp Chilli pwdr, (10 g.)
- BOIL the prawns until done.
- Shell them and chill until serving time.
- Cut the avacados into two.
- Peel four avacados and cut them into cubes.
- Mix the avacado cubes, black olives and prawns with the vinaigrette dressing.
- Arrange the sliced avacados in a plate, put the seasoned avocado-olive-prawn mix over them and garnish with lime slices and parsley.
- Serve with fresh salad and the prepared dressing.
