Sweet and Sour Pork
- 2-1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1-1/2 lb. lean pork shoulder
- chops
- Brown pork.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Cook over low heat until thick.
- Pour over cooked pork.
- Add pineapple, green pepper and onions.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
