Honey-Roasted Salted Figs

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil.
  3. Whisk oil and honey in a large bowl.
  4. Add figs; toss to coat.
  5. Arrange in a single layer on prepared sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with salt.
  7. Roast in the oven until fragrant and caramelized, 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Immediately loosen figs from sheet with a metal spatula.
  9. Let figs cool slightly, loosening again after 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a platter; serve with grapes.
