Hazelnut Dressing / Vinaigrette
- 3 ounces hazelnuts, toasted
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 orange, juice
- 12 lemon, juice
- 2 teaspoons sherry wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Whizz the nuts in a food processor until finely chopped but not powdery, or chop by hand.
- Mix with the oil, citrus juices, parsley and vinegar.
- Season well.
