Milk Chocolate Fudge
- 7 ounces jar marshmallow cream
- 34 lb chocolate Hershey chocolate kiss (recommended -- Hershey's)
- 2 12 cups sugar
- 6 ounces can evaporated milk
- 14 cup butter
- 2 cups pecan halves (optional)
- Place marshmallow cream and kisses into a large bowl.
- Set aside.
- Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes.
- Pour over marshmallow and chocolate, stirring until well blended.
- Stir in pecans (optional).
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- OR, pour into serving dish and let set and give to your friends for a wonderful holiday gift.
