Mother in Law's Meatballs
- 750 g ground meat (think any meat, but I mostly use beef or beef and pork in equal parts)
- 12 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon baking powder (not baking soda)
- salt & pepper
- about 1/4 cup vinegar (ordinary kind and this depends on your taste)
- Mix together, but lastly add the baking powder.
- Roll into balls, place in medium heated pan with a little oil, not to hot, on the stove top.
- Turn carefully a few times until done.
- ( the time will depend on the size of the balls, but generally about 15 to a max of 25 minutes.
