Oreo Muffins

• 1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp. Davis baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup Blue Bonnet margarine, melted
• 20 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped

1. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and egg; stir into flour mixture with margarine until just blended.
3. Gently stir in cookies.
4. Spoon batter in to 12 grease 2-1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
5. Bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
7. Serve warm or cold.
