Spaghetti Squash with Bacon
- 1 spaghetti squash (2-3/4 lb./1.2 kg), cut lengthwise in half, seeded
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese
- Place squash, cut sides down, in microwaveable dish.
- Add enough water to dish to fill to 1-inch depth.
- Microwave on HIGH 12 min.
- or until squash can easily be pierced with fork.
- Cool 10 min.
- or until squash is cool enough to handle.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan on medium-low heat.
- Add garlic; cook 3 min.
- or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in bacon and sage.
- Use fork to scrape squash flesh into spaghetti-like strands; place in medium bowl.
- Add butter mixture; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
