Arizona Postcard Chili
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 38 cup chili powder
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) can ranch-style pinto beans or 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- Brown meat with onion, garlic and seasonings.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least one hour.
- Serves 8.
