Drunken Pot Roast Recipe

  1. In a cocktail glass, place all above ingredients.
  2. Fill glass with ginger ale; mix well.
  3. Place meat in a cooking bag, pour over marinade.
  4. Chill overnight.
  5. Turn bag several times during marinating.
  6. Remove meat from bag.
  7. In a Dutch oven, brown meat.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour per lb..
  9. Remove from heat and pour over marinade.
  10. Cook on low heat till desired doneness.
  11. Serve with marinade.
  12. Delicious.
