  1. Shred the shiso leaves finely, and soak in a bowl of water.
  2. Mix the tightly squeezed shredded shiso and toasted white sesame seeds into freshly cooked rice.
  3. Divide the rice into 6 portions and form into balls.
  4. Huh?
  5. You see 8 in the photo?
  6. Hahahaha...
  7. I used sliced pork belly today.
  8. Wrap the rice ball with a piece of sliced pork lengthwise...
  9. Wrap 2 pieces of pork around the rice balls horizontally.
  10. Use as many slices as you want.

  13. Cook them in a skillet starting with the seam sides down.
