Shortbread (British)
- 175 g flour
- 175 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g rice flour
- Mix all the ingredients very well and roll the dough out.
- Cut rectangular cookies and make holes with a fork.
- Bake them 1 hour (or until they are golden brown) at 150 (300) degrees in the oven.
