Rosewater and Vanilla Granita

  1. Gently heat the water on the stove.
  2. Add vanilla sugar and rosewater and stir until it dissolves.
  3. Place in a shallow dish in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Remove and break up the ice crystals with a fork.
  5. Repeat 2 or 3 times until the granita is fully frozen into small crystals.
