Rosewater and Vanilla Granita
- 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- Gently heat the water on the stove.
- Add vanilla sugar and rosewater and stir until it dissolves.
- Place in a shallow dish in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
- Remove and break up the ice crystals with a fork.
- Repeat 2 or 3 times until the granita is fully frozen into small crystals.
