Beef And Sausage Loaf Crockpot Recipe

• 1 can mushrooms (4 ounce) with liquid
• 1/2 lb pork sausage
• 1 x egg beaten
• 2 c. soft bread crumbs
• 1/2 tsp onion salt
• 3/4 c. celery about 2 stalks
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt fine minced
• 1 Tbsp. horseradish

1. Mix all together in a large.
