Mason Jar Breakfast

  1. Butter inside the jar, cup, coffee mug, or bowl you plan to use.
  2. Add eggs and milk and whip.
  3. Add any ingredients you want to use.
  4. Leave enough liquid to cover bread.
  5. Cut the slice of bead in pieces and push the pieced down to soak up the egg liquid.
  6. Now you can cook, or save until breakfast time tomorrow.
  7. If you use a mason jar, just screw on the lid and place in the refrigerator.
  8. Cook in the microwave until the egg mixture is no longer liquid and the mixture has raised to not quite double in size.
  9. About 3-minutes for 1 jar, 4-minutes for 2 jars.
  10. You can empty your creation out onto a plate, or eat right in the jar or coffee mug.
